• We offer meals with meat, vegetarian options, and purely vegetable dishes. You will also find soups, sandwiches, and salads that vary with the seasons.
• No subscription required: order whenever you want.

• You have until Thursday at 6 p.m. to place your order.
• Meals are delivered on Monday before 5 p.m.. (It is possible to receive your delivery between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. – contact us if needed.)
• Four convenient sizes are available:
  • Small portion – between 300 and 325 g
  • KFM portion – ideal for one adult, between 450 and 480 g
  • Family portion – perfect for 2 adults and 1 child, between 1.2 and 1.3 kg
  • KFM family portion -- perfect for 2 adults and 3 children, between 1.6-1.7 kg
• You can choose the reusable container option thanks to our partnership with BO PAQ. (See the "Reusable Container" section for more details.)
• You have two options to pick up your order:
  • Counter pickup during scheduled hours
  • Home delivery by bike, in downtown Montreal
• Our deliveries are made in insulated boxes or in an insulated bag with a reusable ice pack. By returning these items to us, you receive an $8 credit in the form of a promo code.
• Our meals are cooked using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. Most can be frozen, unless otherwise indicated. Frozen products are also available.
• All ingredients and allergens are clearly indicated on our labels and on our website — you know exactly what you are eating.
• Ready in minutes, our meals are delicious, homemade and carefully prepared by our chef-owner Mike Kale.
• We recommend you refrigerate your meals upon receipt. Our boxes and ice packs keep dishes well, but it's best to chill them quickly for optimal freshness.
• Storage times for our meals:
  • Vegetarian meals keep for 5 days, chicken meals for 4 days, beef meals for 3 or 4 days, pork meals for 3 days, fish and seafood meals for 2 days. The number of days may change with the meal's ingredients. We indicate the best-before date on the meals. Most meals can be frozen. 

PLEASE inform us of any severe allergies and intolerances. Our meals are prepared in a kitchen where various foods are used that may contain traces of the following allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, eggs, milk, gluten (wheat), mustard, sulfites, fish, shellfish, and mollusks. We cannot guarantee that our meals will be free of allergen traces.

How to reheat our meals?

🟢 Microwave

1. Remove the lid from the container.
2. Cover lightly with a paper towel or a microwave lid.
3. Heat on medium-high for 2 to 3 minutes.
   • Reduce the time to 1 min 30 to 2 minutes for meals containing fish or shrimp.
   • For pasta dishes, stir well halfway through for an even texture.
   • Check the temperature in the center before eating.
     
     👉 Adjust the time according to the power of your appliance.

🟠 Oven

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Transfer the meal to an oven-safe dish.
3. Cover loosely with a lid or foil.
4. Reheat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until thoroughly hot.

⚠️ Do not put kraft containers in the oven.

Reusable containers are microwave-safe but not oven-safe. They can be washed in the dishwasher.
