Shipping policy

  • Orders are delivered by Courrier Chasseur, which are own delivery companies with cargo bikes and electric trucks.
  • You can choose to have our meals delivered to the location that is easiest for you:

          At home or at a neighbour's: Make sure you are there to receive your delivery on Monday or if not a neighbour, friend, family, etc.

          At your work: Notify the person at the reception of your delivery and make sure you have a place to put your box.

  • The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. If the address is not correct, the customer must contact us as soon as possible to make the change. The customer is responsible for any losses incurred, any theft or damage to the box. It is important not to forget to indicate the # of the office, tower, # of the apartment or # of the condo, etc.
  • Deliveries are made without a signature requirement, so the delivery person can leave the box in front of your door or in the entrance of the building if you are absent during the delivery. Please let us know any relevant guidelines to ensure the success of your delivery.
  • The order must be made before noon on Thursday and the deliveries will be made on Monday. The order should be done before 17h. (Possibility of having a delivery between 17h and 21h, please contact us.)
  • Shipping costs are different for the Montreal Central area and for the rest of the Island of Montreal. (orders before taxes)
  • Some products have taxes, some do not.
  • The delivery boxes are isothermal. Although they keep the temperature of the dishes for several hours, it is best to put your meals as soon as possible into the fridge or into a cool place to keep our products fresh.
  • Please recycle delivery boxes. Ice packs should be discarded but it is possible to save them for other uses, by leaving them in the freezer.

We want our customers to be satisfied. If ever, you do not like our meals or our products, contact us. We will credit an equivalent amount on your next order.
