Sunday Morning - Rhubarb Strawberry Sweet Clover

Rhubarb Strawberry spread has always been one of my all-time favorites. It makes you wonder why it took me 10 years to release one at Dimanche Matin. Maybe it's because my mother makes some for me every year, and I always concoct some for the family with rhubarb from the garden (and my neighbor's garden too)! It's high time to share this seasonal/local/timeless delight with you.

The rhubarb, mixed with the sweet flavor of strawberry and sweet clover essence (our Quebec vanilla), softens without losing its delightful tartness. Try it on ice cream, in a yogurt-granola bowl, on a warm croissant, or on homemade scones!
