Jackfruit is a large tropical fruit native to South Asia. Its fibrous flesh has a texture similar to shredded meat when young, making it popular in vegetarian and vegan dishes as a meat substitute. Its flavor is fairly neutral, and it absorbs sauces and spices well.

Ingredients: Tofu, soba noodles, jackfruit, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, sage, Dijon mustard, wholegrain mustard, lime, garlic, oil, maple syrup, sesame oil, salt & pepper.
